And then it happened … the Holidays!
You were doing so good. You worked out most days a week, pre-planned your meals and even gave up sugar and alcohol. Clothes shopping became fun as the inches disappeared and the number on the scale dropped. You actually started to enjoy your workouts, gym time was non-negotiable and the compliments gave you a “high” being fit felt awesome!
Okay Christmas dinner isn’t the worst thing but there is more to just Christmas dinner. We all treat ourselves during this ‘special occasion’ with family. You missed a few workouts then stopped working out all together and days of socializing and holiday food completely sabotaged your hard earned results.
The average person puts on 7-10 lbs over the holidays. Hopefully that’s not you, but if it was, you have an advantage: You were on your workout game before the break and your body will respond fast upon its return to your usual routine.
The sooner you do, the faster you’ll feel great
And then it happened …The holidays!…you can do it again!
