RIPPED WITH REPS

You perform a given exercise-squats or burpies et. for various timed intervals with short rests in between. Maintaining this on/off sequence makes for High Intensity Intervals!
An intense fitness workout combining punches and kicks with alternating 2 minute round partner training using arm shields, and or heavy bags, finishing with core conditioning. Partner up with a friend or come on your own. Beginners are welcome or book a private 1 hour training session with a coach to learn basic technique and movements at your own pace. All equipment is provided you need only bring water, indoor shoes and energy!
STEP 'N PUMP
This is a circuit style step class alternating a step cardio pattern with weight resistance combinations. If you love Cardio Step, you’ll love this one. Get ready to sweat!
45 mins of non stop cardio intense step patterns! HOLY CRAP! Bosu Fusion: A full body workout using a Bosu Ball (half ball), equalizers and weights. Lots of muscle work with bursts of cardio throughout the class.
A small grouping of different exercises, completed in reps or times or various other means of repetitions, then we move on to another group of exercises. We might have 3-5 different "groupings" that make up the circuit. Some days we will do do them all as a whole group other days in stations that you travel too. We get to play a lot with this class!
A rainbow of variety! We take a little of everything and mash it up to make a one heck of a cardio/weight training workout!
Metabolic-style training is fun despite its high degree of difficulty. The workouts move quickly, the exercises are constantly changing, and it forces you to use your entire body as a whole-body, unit increasing metabolism. You can make this an advance workout, or take it down a notch or 2 depending on your fitness level.

Just kidding! Join us (when the snow is gone) in our parking lot for a super hero of a workout! We will use lots of “toys”….tires, Sledge Hammers, Ropes, Peg board, Push/Pull Sled, Wall balls …. the list goes on. Be a hero for an hour and feel it all day long!
