Meet Wednesdays 7:00pm starting December 7th (excluding the 28th) with Strength and Conditioning Coach Nicole Robinson B.A. Nutrition for weigh-ins and measurements then group discussions of how and what too plan for the coming week. Learn which foods/drinks to avoid and which ones you can have that will cause the least negative impact on your body. Why wait to make a resolution?
