Class Description

Kickboxing: A one hour fitness workout combining punches and kicks with alternating 2 minute round partner training using arm shields, and or heavy bags, finishing with core conditioning. Partner up with a friend or come on your own. All equipment is provided you need only bring water, indoor shoes and attitude!
Brand New? Never done anything like this before?  Kick start your workout with 2 one hour Beginner Training sessions. Learn basic technique and movements for you, you and a friend, or your group All equipment is provide, you just bring your indoor running shoes, water, and energy!



TRX Suspension Training: 

  

Suspension Training exercise techniques are designed to intentionally displace your center of gravity, which activates the core musculature during every exercise. YOU decide the intensity that is right for your fitness level. Hang on to the suspended straps then pull, push, twist and jump your way to a whole new way of resistance training.

Cycle'n Core: 
Instructors guide participants through a 1 hour workout Phase. Climb hills, Switch backs, Jumps, Sprints, Race and Cool-downs. Let our instructors take you on a different course every time.  All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) and a water bottle. Oh and we slip in core abdominal exercises at the end just for fun!

EZ Spin:
A great 1/2 hour class for beginners or for those wanting a shorter less intense cycling class.


Cyclepath
:
For those Psychopaths that can never get enough! We have gone a little crazy and mixed things up.  30mins Cycle - 30mins TRX - 15mins Core = 1hour & 15mins now that's Psycho!

Tabata Boot Camp:
Tabata is a very concise way to organize intervals of work and rest. It provides similar health benefits to that of cardio workouts but Tabata has a bit more spice! Tabata falls under the category of high intensity training or high intensity interval training – HIIT.  You perform an exercise- squats or  burpies etc. for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds maintaining this on/off sequence for a total of 6-8 cycles. You want to work as hard and as fast as you can in those 20 seconds — no dilly dallying. Of course doing this for a whole hour would be just crazy so we set up a medium intensity boot camp working on muscle endurance then throw in a couple of  Tabata’s  for a great cardio boost!  I KNOW!  PERFECT COMBINATION ISN’T IT!

DECEMBER DECREASE CHALLANGE!
 

 This is a 4 week program providing you an outline of how to eat a healthy diet. Each week there will be nutrition & exercise challenges to do giving you the building blocks to get you to the goal of establishing a healthy diet to lose weight OR maintain over the holidays. We'll talk about foods to avoid and healthier options around holiday table. Weekly weigh-ins, Body Fat % and accountability will help you look and feel great during this very social time of year.
