
I just had a new baby and was 15 pounds overweight. Until I started training with Shelley and CorrineI waseating all the wrong things and exercise was virtually nonexistent. I really had no idea what exercises I needed to do to get my body back into shape. I foundthe one-on-one training to be amazing and it was actually fun!!! We always did different exercise routines so it was neverboring. I can honestly say that I thought I would never get back into the clothes I wore before I got pregnant but I am happyto say that they now fit perfect. Iam very grateful to bothShelley and Corrine because I don't think Icould've done this on my own.
