4 Weeks to Decrease

This is closely monitored meal planning requireing daily contact.  Weigh-ins and measurements are done weekly to provide accountability and success!  You will be trained for 2 home resistance training programs along with a weekly cardio plan. This is not a program for those who lack motivation and discipline with exercise, you have to be willing to workout on your own.
