4 Weeks to Decrease
This is a 4 week program providing you an outline of how to eat a healthy diet with closely monitored meal planning requireing daily contact. Each week there will be nutrition & exercise challenges to do giving you the building blocks to get you to the goal of establishing a healthy diet to lose weight OR maintain Weigh-ins and measurements are done weekly to provide accountability and success! You will be trained for 2 home resistance training programs along with a weekly cardio plan. This is not a program for those who lack motivation and discipline with exercise, we guide you but you have to be willing to workout on your own.
Cost $200.00+hst
This is an intense package over the course of 12 weeks.
